Venerdi Finance combines its expertise with client's capital to deliver effective and successful financial solutions. We provide our client's with an unbiased assessment of each prospective transaction and work with them to determine the appropriate pricing and other terms for the level of risk. Our target IRR for each mezzanine loan and equity loan is a minimum of 20% and 35% respectively and reflects the inherently risky nature of these types of loans. Most of our clients have been with us since 2004 and have enjoyed the high returns generated from type of investment.

Borrower

Venerdi Finance arranged mezzanine funds for our luxury residential development on the river of Kangaroo Point in Brisbane. We appreciated Venerdi Finance's support with this project and detailed knowledge and experience with mezzanine lending ensured our project was completed and sold despite the property downturn and the challenges of GFC. Our Project

The development is one of Brisbane’s most luxurious addresses. Set on Brisbane’s most exclusive and private riverfront the five residences, each occupying an entire level, capture a gracious view of the Brisbane River. Each apartment was uncompromisingly appointed, meticulously planned, superbly designed and perfectly positioned to ensure the beautiful 180 degrees north-facing views are never built out.

Venerdi Finance provided the mezzanine funds required to commence this project without presales. We provided the senior lender with comfort to complete the project despite the global economic downturn. All apartments were sold either during construction or shortly after completion. Venerdi Finance’s support ensured a successful outcome for the developer.
