Our Project

The development is one of Brisbane’s most luxurious addresses. Set on Brisbane’s most exclusive and private riverfront the five residences, each occupying an entire level, capture a gracious view of the Brisbane River. Each apartment was uncompromisingly appointed, meticulously planned, superbly designed and perfectly positioned to ensure the beautiful 180 degrees north-facing views are never built out.

Venerdi Finance provided the mezzanine funds required to commence this project without presales. We provided the senior lender with comfort to complete the project despite the global economic downturn. All apartments were sold either during construction or shortly after completion. Venerdi Finance’s support ensured a successful outcome for the developer.
